A form, partially printed, partially in ms., which reads: "No. 6292 Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Be it known that whereas Adelaide H. Garland ... [et al.] have associated themselves with the intention of forming a corporation under the name of The All Around Dickens Club ... I, William M. Olin, Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do hereby certify that said Adelaide H. Garland [et al.] ... are legally organized and established as and are hereby made an existing corporation ... this eighteenth day of May ... 1895."
